Hello, now let's talk about the school where I practice during my actual teaching.
ISAT U Laboratory School Principal is Dr. Alex B. Facinabao and the total Number of Students are 395. Grade Level- G7-G10 Has two sections per year. and the total Number of Subject Teachers are 34
For Grades 8-10 use Technical Secondary Curriculum and for Grade 7 use the new curriculum of Strengthened Technical and Vocational Education Program (STVEP).

Teaching method
In my Class, based on what I observe, and the topics are about literature, the teacher usually uses the different activity and then let the student discuss and write a conclusion or mindmap. so, I'm gonna use the activity such as playing games and have a group discussion.

3. Authentic assessment
The foundation of authentic assessment revolves around evaluating a students’ ability to apply what they have learned in a lesson to a ”real world” context. It focused on the moral value that the pupils will get. so, we can make our own assessment to assess student by observing and record.

TEACHING PRACTICE
1. Procedure of Teaching
All of my teaching-learning process I follow the lesson plan that I already prepare, and for the detail of my lesson plan you can check it below.
2.Time Management and Organizing Activities
For the time management, for the first and the last class, I can manage my time as well. but I have a problem when I'm teaching in the second time. I can not finish my activity on time.
3.Class Room Management
I do not really have a problem with classroom management. My cooperating teacher tells me that students will pay attention and enjoy in class when the teacher has new activities for them. so, when I'm teaching I try to create a new activity for them.including individual and group work.
SUMMARY AND SUGGESTIONS
Purposes of practicum
The purpose of this practicum was to improve my teaching skill and also to improve my communication skills. moreover, I got a chance and know the education system of another country too.Procedures of practicum
For the practicum procedure, I follow by the school. first, I have a class observation and then assist my cooperating teacher finally is actual teaching.Outcomes of practicum
The outcome of this practicum I have more confidence when I using English. and I need to change my own personality to become a good teacher in the future.The challenges of practicum
For me, the challenges of this practicum are about communication and the content that I have to teach. it's quite new for me.Overall impression
I impressed in my student they are so good and friendly. when I walk pass them they always greet and smile at me. I love them! and my cooperating teacher she is so kind. she gives me some suggestion, support, and encourages me.
